Frequently asked questions.

  • Six months is a comfortable run-up for a larger event, but we turn plenty around in one to two weeks. Midweek dates are the easiest to get at short notice. Saturdays are our busiest and tend to book out well in advance, so the earlier you enquire, the better your chances.

  • Yes. All four spaces are available for exclusive private hire, so your event has the room to itself.

  • Yes, you are welcome to bring your own flowers, balloons and signage. The one thing we ask you to leave at home is confetti.

  • The Minimum spend includes everything spent by your party on the night. We have a variety of large function spaces which are often in hot demand. The minimum spend is to dissuade smaller parties from booking out such a large space.

  • Yes, you are welcome to bring in an external florist or stylist. Let our events team know in advance so we can coordinate access and set-up times

  • All catering is prepared in-house by our kitchen. We do not permit outside catering, which is how we keep the quality consistent from your tasting to the night itself.

  • You can choose from canapé and cocktail menus, shared plates, or a set sit-down dinner. Every event has access to the full bar, and the Cocktail Lounge has its own dedicated cocktail menu.

  • Yes, there is ample parking on site for event numbers.

  • No the Riverview loft does not have a lift.
